GEÇİCİ İSKEMİK ATAK BENZERİ BULGU VEREN İNTRASEREBRAL HEMORAJİ OLGULARI

Küçük supratentoriyel intraserebral hemoraji bulunan olgularda, nörolojik defisitler başlangıçtan sonraki birkaç gün içinde hızla düzelme gösterebilir. Ote yandan, geçici iskemik atakları taklit eder biçimde, semptom ve bulguların 24 saat içinde hızla rezolüsyonundan yakın zamanda sadece tek bir bildiride söz edilmiştir ve hızla düzelme gösteren intraserebral hemorajiye ait diğer bildiriler de son derece az sayıdadır. Bu yazıda, 24 saat içinde fokal nörolojik semptom ve bulguların tümüyle düzeldiği iki putaminal hemoraji olgusu sunulmuştur ve intraserebral hemorajinin geçici fokal nörolojik atakların ayırıcı tanısında yer almasının gerektiği ve erken dönemdeki bilgisayarlı beyin tomografisi (BBT) incelemesinin tanıdaki önemi vurgulanmışhr.

THE CASES OF INTRACEREBRAL HEMORRHAGE WITH A CLINICAL PICTURE SIMILAR TO TRANSIENT ISCHEMIC ATTACKS

Patients with small supratentorial intracerebral hemorrhages may exhibit rapid improvement of neurological deficits during the next several days after onset. On the other hand, rapid resolution of the symptoms and signs within 24 hours simulating transient ischemic attacks has been reported in only one report recently and the other reports about intracerebral hemorrhage with rapid recovery are few. in this paper, we present two cases with putaminal hemorrhage in which the focal neurological symptoms and signs resolved completely within 24 hours and we emphasise that intracerebral hemorrhage should be included in the differential diagnosis of transient focal neurological attacks and early cranial computed tomography is important in diagnosis.
