Amaç: Subaraknoid kanama (SAK) sonrası vücut ısısı değişikliklerinin serebral kan akım hızları üzerine etkilerinin Transkranyal Doppler ile incelenmesi. Gereç ve Yöntem: Bu çalışma deneysel SAK geliştirildikten sonra 3 gruba (normotenni, hipertenni, hipotenni) ayrılarak izlenen 30 ratı içermektedir. Tüm grupların ortalama kan akım hızları TCD yardımıyla işlemden sonraki 1, 20, 60, 120, 240 ve 360. dakikalarda kayıtlanmıştır. Sonuçlar: SAK sonrası 1. dakikalarda tüm gruplarda ortalama kan akım hızları düşerken Pulsatilite indeksleri yüksek seyretti. Hipotermi grubunda deney süresince ortalama kan akım hızı düşük seyrederken normotermi ve hipertermi grubunda anlamlı şekilde yüksek seyretti. Tartışma; Hipotermi SAK erken döneminde lüks perfüzyondan koruyucu olarak davranırken, hipertenni kötü prognostik bir değer olabilir.

Material and methods: This study included in 30 rats separated 3 groups (normothermia, hypothermia and hyperthermia) after exposing to experimental subaracnoid hemorrhage model. The mean blood flow velocities of ali groups were recorded by using Transcranial doppler first, 30th, 60., 120., 240., 360 minutes after procedure. Results: While the mean blood flow velocities of whole rats reduced in the 1st minutes after SAK, pulsatility index increased. in the hypothermia groups, mBFv did not show increasing during the experiment. in the contrast, normothermia and hyperthennia tended to higher than hypothennia, significantly. Conclusion: Hypothermia can prevent luxury perfusion in the early time of SAK. Hyperthermia also can be worst prognostic value.
